The Talk is a campaign that highlights the lack of education young adults have about insurance. The concept came based on the insight that only 18% of consumers felt they fully understood the terms of their policies.

I thought to myself, what's the most awkward talk that I wouldn't want to have with my parents. The birds and the bees obviously! When parents talk to their kids about "protection", it usually isn't about insurance. This play on words  is an amazing hook that provides comedic relief to such a boring subject as insurance.
